§1. General conditions
The SmowgliHeadshop online store imports, sells and delivers Lifestyle products within the borders of Finland only and only to persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of ordering. The Merchant has the right to change the delivery terms, the range of products sold and their prices at any time. These changes will take effect at the same time as they are published on the e-commerce website.
§2. Personal information
When finalizing their order, the customer must provide the merchant with their personal information, such as name, street address, telephone number and email address. All customer information is always confidential, and the Merchant will not, under any circumstances, ever disclose any personal and contact information to third parties. Obtaining this information enables a fast and effortless ordering and delivery process, as well as the opportunity to control that we do not sell products to minors, but operate within the framework of Finnish law. When placing an order, the customer declares that the information provided by him is correct.
The prices stated by SmowgliHeadshop are only valid in the Smowgli Headshop online store, as well as in the store. All prices include valid VAT 24%. The products are always sold at the price valid at the time of ordering the product. If a clear and material error has occurred in the pricing of the online store, the merchant is not obliged to sell the product at the wrong price.
The sales agreement enters into force and the order is binding as soon as the customer has paid for the products in full and the merchant has sent an order confirmation to the customer's e-mail address. Each order is confirmed by the merchant via email and does not require any action by the customer. The confirmation includes the order number, the price (Taxable and tax-free), the share of delivery costs in the total price, and information about the ordered products. To order, you must accept the valid delivery terms and receive an order confirmation by providing a valid e-mail address when ordering.
§5. payment options
The customer can pay for their order at the checkout of our online store using the online banking fee. Verifone Oy enables online banking payments to be made with the online banking IDs of all the most common domestic banks. If you would like to order from our online store but do not own, or would like to use, online banking IDs to pay for your order, please contact us at email@example.com. In our Vaasa store, you can pay with cash, debit card, Visa and Mastercard. There is also a local payment in our store. All payment methods used at Smowgli Headshop are absolutely secure and safe to use.
§6. Delivery methods and prices
The products sold by Smowgli Headshop are delivered to the customer primarily always using the services of the transport company Posti to the Pick-up point of the customer's choice, within 1-2 working days of placing the order. Delivery is always carried out quickly and with special care. It is possible for the customer to choose the delivery method in question, as well as the place at the checkout of our online store, when completing the order.
If you are not willing to use the above delivery method, but would like to do business in our online store, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange the matter. If you wish, you can also pick up your order from our store.
§6.1. Delivery time
The ordered products are transferred to the delivery service in full, usually on the day of the order. However, in some cases, depending on the time of day and time, such transfer will not take place until the business day following the order. Normal delivery time between order confirmation and product arrival is 1-2 business days. However, Smowgli Headshop is not responsible for any delays in the operation of the transport service as it is unable to influence them.
§6.2. delivery charges
As a rule, the customer always pays a delivery fee of 5.90€ for their order, and this fee is added to the total price of the order already at the Checkout, in connection with the payment. Orders costing more than 100€ are always delivered to the customer without a delivery fee.
§7. Product return
The customer has the right to return the unused product within 14 days of delivery of the order. Returns must always be agreed in advance with our customer service at email@example.com. The product must not be used if it is to be returned and must be in its original packaging upon arrival. The product must be in exactly the same condition as when received. Proper return of the product and the resulting costs are the responsibility of the customer.If the customer returns the product in accordance with the terms, the transaction amount paid by the customer will be returned in full to the bank account specified by the customer no later than within 14 days of the cancellation / return being returned to the merchant.
If an incorrect or incorrect product has been accidentally delivered to the customer, we must immediately notify our customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than within one (1) day of receiving the order. In such cases, the product affected by the defect will be returned to the seller in accordance with the instructions provided by customer service. In such cases, the transaction amount will be refunded in full to the customer in accordance with the practices mentioned in clause 7.
§9. Responsibilities and other terms
The subscriber doing business in our online store must always be 18 years of age at the time of ordering and familiar with our terms and conditions. In some cases, it is possible that there may be slight differences in our product images, for example in terms of color. Smowgli Headshop is not responsible if delivery of the order is delayed or prevented due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the seller. Disputes related to the trade agreement are always primarily resolved through direct negotiations between the trader and the customer.
